Jane Hilton is a photographer and filmmaker renowned for her work documenting American Culture, in particular the American West, which she has explored for the past twenty-five years. Her monographs include "Dead Eagle Trail" (Schilt Pub, 2010) about the lifestyle of the modern cowboy; "Precious" (Schilt Pub, 2013) portraits of working girls; "LA Gun Club" (self-published, 2016) exploring American Gun Culture. She made ten documentary films "Love for Sale" for the BBC in 2000 and is one of the "Hundred Heroines" 2019.
